In July 2012, I watched in horror as my brother-in-law Paul Bannon died from a rapidly-growing malignant brain tumour - that's Paul in the photo with the gray hoodie; I'm the guy in red smiling beside him. A man who was both my relative and my friend wasted away before my eyes and there was nothing I could do except watch. I couldn't help Paul, but I can help others.
That's why I've joined the Brainiacs to participation in the Ride to Conquer Cancer.
I'm a husband to Debbie, father of 8 with 2 sons’ in-law & grandfather of 3. I’ve lived in Richmond since 1995. When I’m not cycling, running, swimming or doing family stuff, I work at Fraser Valley Wireless as an outbound corporate sales rep.
My burning desire is to be guided by my passions in life & not affected by my fears.
